He is the owner of the beloved Adios Bar, and the creative mind behind several local ventures including The Louis Bar, Unos Tacos, and Salud Taqueria.
Raised in Alabama since 1992, Jesus began his journey in the service industry as a server and bartender, working his way up through management roles and gaining firsthand knowledge of restaurant operations and guest experience. Beyond business, Jesus is passionate about giving back. He serves as a Board Member of Fiesta Birmingham, helping celebrate Latino culture through Alabama’s largest Hispanic heritage festival, and as a member of the ¡HICA! Junior Board, supporting immigrant youth through leadership and scholarship initiatives.
A recipient of the Birmingham Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40 and 2023 Young Professional of the Year by the Minority Business Awards, Jesus continues to lead with vision, heart, and a strong commitment to uplifting the Hispanic community across Alabama.
