In the JOBS program, ¡HICA! acts ONLY as an information and referral agency, passing information from the potential employer to the potential employee. ¡HICA does not screen anybody or check anybody’s personal documents. ¡HICA! may be able to facilitate communication through the hiring process if there is a language barrier. If as a result of ¡HICA!’s referral, the potential employee and the potential employer decide to work together, ¡HICA! does not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the timeliness, quality of service or treatment, completeness or suitability of performance, as well as to the accuracy of any of the information provided by either party. Both the employer and employee acknowledge that ¡HICA! expressly excludes liability for any issue that may arise from the hiring process of employment. ¡HICA! only provides information from people looking for workers to people looking for work. The use of the job bank by either party is entirely at their own risk and your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure and verify all the terms of employment, payments, candidate screening and performance because ¡HICA! does not screen possible employees or employers. ¡HICA! reserves the right to not post a job for any company for any reason.
