Bilingual Immigration Paralegal
Job Summary: Join our team as a Bilingual Immigration Paralegal and become a vital part of delivering top-tier immigration services to clients. You will assist our attorneys with detained and non-detained removal defense cases including asylum, cancellation of removal, bond hearings, and other cases before the immigration court.

Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00AM-5:00PM
Primary Activities and Tasks:
Manage immigration cases from attorney assessment through final resolution.
Assist attorneys with detained and non-detained removal proceedings, asylum applications, cancellation of removal, and related cases.
Draft applications, declarations, motions, correspondence, and other case-related documents.
Communicate with clients regarding documents, deadlines, hearings, case status, and required actions.
Maintain accurate case notes, deadlines, invoices, and tasks in the firm’s case-management system.
Assist attorneys and clients in preparing for hearings, interviews, and other case-related appointments.
Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and training on immigration law and related topics.
Minimum Qualifications:
Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent professional experience.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong writing and communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Prior experience in an office setting.
Previous work with the immigrant community is highly regarded.
